GUEST BATHROOM RE-MODEL

On this job we the bathroom layout was changed to make for a more functional design. The old bathroom was partially gutted. A pocket door was installed instead of old swinging door to save room on floor plan. This also allowed for toilet to be moved. New wiring for recessed lighting, proper exhaust fan to outside, GFIC outlets, and a heated tile floor was installed. Plumbing drains and vents were reconfigured, toilet moved to other side of room to make better access to shower, and room for custom shower door. A 3' x 4' shower pan with tile walls and alcove for shampoo bottles were built. Floor leveler was poured over heat mats for a perfectly flat tile install.  Custom Granite top was fabricated for vanity and knee wall at shower. BASEMENT BATHROOM



On This job, a leaky basement bathroom was gutted, waterproofed from inside and out. A new layout, updated fixtures, a heated tile floor. custom shower with plate glass door.












 The french drain around the rest of the basement was tied into in bathroom area. All new PVC drain pipes above and below ground. Proper insulation installed along with proper ventilation to the outside. Avapor barrier and re-enforced concrete were poured. A 220 volt electric heat mat was installed under tile.
















Outside proper drainage was installed, gutters and downspouts were re-routed to get water far away from house.

1ST FLOOR BATHROOM ADDED TO FAMILY ROOM


 On this job, a small bathroom was added to the first floor family room. As in most of the small bathrooms,  a pocket door was used to save space. Proper insulation in all the walls and ceiling was installed, and use of an exhaust fan on a mechanical timer was used for proper ventilation. A "Swanstone" shower pan, matching tile on the floor and walls were used, and a over sized alcove was built into the shower. A hand held shower was also installed. A granite top with under mount sink, Toto toilet, wainscoting, matching lighting and hardware were all topped off with a custom frame less shower door.

SMALL BATHROOM RE-MODEL

On this job an outdated bathroom with leaky shower was gutted.
The cracked cast iron drains lines, and the corroded cooper water lines were both replaced. New wiring, proper ventilation, and insulation were installed. A sliding pocket door was also installed as a space saver. A "Swanstone" solid surface pan was used as a new shower base,  matching tile were used on the floor and walls of the shower. A small alcove was built into the back wall of the shower. A one piece lavatory sink top was used along with a new vanity. New lighting in shower and over the vanity. The properly sized exhaust fan was installed with a mechanical timer. A custom plate glass shower door was installed to top off the job.

Bathroom Re-Model

On this job the whole bathroom was gutted. Walls and a doorway in the adjoining room were moved to allow for new layout. A pocket door was used to save space. New wiring, lighting, exhaust fan, and insulation were installed. Custom tile, and enclosure in shower. Granite in shower, on vanity and knee wall tie bathroom togeather. Bead board was incorparated on walls. Bedroom floors were also re-finished.
