1ST FLOOR BATHROOM ADDED TO FAMILY ROOM

On this job, a small bathroom was added to the first floor family room. As in most of the small bathrooms,  a pocket door was used to save space. Proper insulation in all the walls and ceiling was installed, and use of an exhaust fan on a mechanical timer was used for proper ventilation. A "Swanstone" shower pan, matching tile on the floor and walls were used, and a over sized alcove was built into the shower. A hand held shower was also installed. A granite top with under mount sink, Toto toilet, wainscoting, matching lighting and hardware were all topped off with a custom frame less shower door.
