GAGARGE EXTENSION

This project was a 13' x 24' garage extension. Footers were dug and poured. 8" blocks with 6" caps were laid. Walls and hip roof framed. Girder trusses were used so bearing wall could be removed. This allowed ceiling to come straight through without having an exposed beam. A new roof was installed on the entire house. New insulation, wiring, drywall and LED lights were installed. New siding, fascia,  soffit, and gutters installed. A slab was poured between sunroom and new garage.
