New opening in bearing wall.

On this job the old cast iron sink was removed and new counter and sink were installed. The bearing wall between the Dining Room and Kitchen was opened up. The original 30"opening was enlarged to 72". New trim was stained and milled to match exising trim in house. The new opening allowed the heat from pellet stove in Dining Room into Kitchen. It also allowed more light to filter through the house. The floor in the dinning room was also sanded and re-finished.

Kitchen Re-Model

On this job, the objective was to open up the Kitchen and Dinning Room. A bearing wall had to be removed along with plumbing, air ducts, and electrical wiring. This enabled us to enlarge the Kitchen footprint and bring in more light. Some of the amenities in this Kitchen include, A Heated Tile Floor, Cabinet Drawer Dishwasher, Granite Counters, Breakfast Bar, Stainless Steel Appliances, Custom Cabinets and much more. The archway from Living room into Dining Room was also opened up. Crown Moldings completed the project.
