SMALL BATHROOM RE-MODEL

On this job an outdated bathroom with leaky shower was gutted.
The cracked cast iron drains lines, and the corroded cooper water lines were both replaced. New wiring, proper ventilation, and insulation were installed. A sliding pocket door was also installed as a space saver. A "Swanstone" solid surface pan was used as a new shower base,  matching tile were used on the floor and walls of the shower. A small alcove was built into the back wall of the shower. A one piece lavatory sink top was used along with a new vanity. New lighting in shower and over the vanity. The properly sized exhaust fan was installed with a mechanical timer. A custom plate glass shower door was installed to top off the job.
