This Doctors office was orignally divided into to two rooms. The wall was removed, carpet taken up and a vinyl floor was also removed. This floor had been down for 30 plus years and had to be hand scraped and thoroughly sanded. Six coats of finish were applied to floor. A half bath was installed in corner of conference room.

Bathroom/Laundry

On this job we took an old pantry and turned it into a functioning bathroom/laundry. The original lay out housed a 32" shower, toilet, washing machine and old pantry cabinet. The room had all the horsehair plaster and lath removed. The room was re-wired, plumbed, properly insulated, drywalled and painted. A ceramic tile floor was also installed. A 36" shower, 24" vanity, toilet, and stacked washer/dryer unit were installed. All in all a much more efficient room.

Bathroom Re-Model

On this job we expanded a 1st floor powder room into a full bathroom. The rough inplumbing needed to be put under concrete floor. Floor was raised to insulate and house plumbing and some electric. An electric heat mat was installed under tile. A pocket door was installed to save space. Old toilet area was made into a coat closet. Custom glass shower door top off job.

Laundry/Pantry

This is a laundry room that was moved from inside the home. The room was framed out, insulated, heat installed, plumbing moved and new electric wired. Custom Birch shelves were installed to accomodate pantry, and laundry items. See following post for inside of kitchen where laundry was moved from.

Kitchen Prep Area




In this job we moved the laundry area from in the kitchen to the oppisite wall in the garage. Inside we built a kitchen prep area. new lighting, butcher block top installed, bar sink, stainless steel backsplash, and under counter fridge.
