MASTER BATH REMODEL

This was a total update. The glass blocks were removed, and a Pella casement window was installed. New windows were also installed in toilet area and master bedroom. The tile shower was leaking through the bench and floor pan, which required replacing plywood before new cement board substrate was installed. Kerdi waterproof system was used in shower area and drain was moved. Moen multi function shower unit was used to accommodate handheld shower. Custom  brackets were used in shower shelf and bench. Bench is rated at 400 Lbs. A new Pearl Maxx whirlpool tub was also installed. Matching granite was used in shower, lavatory top, and threshold at entry door. Custom beveled mirrors were also made with matching wood moldings.
