BASEMENT RE-MODEL
On this job there was a moisture problem in this basement. The walls were scraped, holes were plugged with hydraulic cement, and then sprayed and brushed with Thoroseal. some steel re-enforced concrete needed to be removed with chipping hammers and a plasma cutter. Walls were framed, electric run, insulation installed then drywalled. New Pella windows were installed. The floor had to be leveled before tile was installed. A new staircase was installed. All wood work was stained and coated with polyurethane. A recessed TV box was also installed. Lighting is dimmable LED lights.
Storage units were built for other side of basement.
