ELEVATED DECK AND ROOF.

On this job we tore down old deck and aluminum roof panels. New piers were poured, copper flashing on installed on house. New pressure treated lumber frame built to support new deck and roof. Azek post sleeves and decking were used to make this deck maintenance free. A rubber roof was connected with existing roof, and new cricket built behind chimney. Halogen lighting was installed in new beaded soffit ceiling on dimmer for nice lighting effect.
