KITCHEN/FAMILY ROOM RE-MODEL

On this job, the objective was to open up the family room addition to the kitchen. In doing so, light would now flood into the kitchen area. A large Cherry counter now divides the two spaces, and provides a severing and sitting area. Custom cabinets were also built to fit under counter top for extra storage. The main bearing wall needed to be removed and a engineered beam installed. HVAC and other mechanicals were also moved to open up the two spaces. The Oak floors were patched and re-finished. All in all, a nice update to an already beautiful home.
