FACE LIFT / NEW ENTRY

On this job we changed the screened in porch into a new entry/mud room. All the eves on the house were extened, new siding, and a new roof.

SUMMER KITCHEN / GUEST HOUSE

Summer Kitchen Re-Model. Turned into guest house. On National Historic Register. Heat and AC, new standing seam roof, restored windows, and much more.

BATHROOM RE-MODEL

On this job the origanal bathroom had an undersized shower, wall mounted sink, and toilet. The bathroom and walk in closet were gutted. All new insulation, drywall, wiring, lighting, and plumbing was installed. A structural beam was installed so that pocket doors could be used. A heated tile floor was installed, along with a whirlpool tub, and a custom glass enclosed shower. Granite was used in the shower, for the vanity top and in tub area to tie the whole job togeater. A new smaller closet was also reconfigured on the back side of the bathroom.
