After job was completed. Inside of breezeway was insulated, tiled, re-wired, new lights and ceiling fan were installed.

ADDITION, KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM

On this job, a three season porch was removed and deck was re-framed on foundation.
The rear wall of the house was removed and replaced with a beam to open up the whole new space. The kitchen opened up into the new space with an over sized island. The addtion was re-wired, and a new heated tile floor installed. A new kitchen was installed. Windows and three new skylights were also installed to bring in extra light and help with ventilation. A small deck was built at sliding glass door.

Ready to pour new concrete slab and piers.

White rubber roof installed and solid white vinyl been placed over all wood framing.
