STONE BRIDGE REPAIR

On this job the driveway bridge over a small creek was getting washed out. The water had eroded the old galvanized pipe, and had washed out under both sides of the bridge about 6 to 8 feet. Railroad ties were used to direct the water into new water chase. Steel pipe was cut out on both sides so that rebar could be tied together and placed back in under bridge for new footings. All 12 yards of concrete poured under bridge were 500PSI, and tied together with 5/8' re-bar. Large ballast stone was placed in creek bed to aid in smoother flow of water.
