ENTRY DOOR

Here’s a front door we just replaced. The owners had let the weather strip on the bottom of door go, which lead to water getting in under door on the handle side. This rotted out floor, subfloor, and let the ants get in and eat through the band board. So, new pressure treated band board installed, bugs killed and cleaned out, insulation installed, Advantec plywood glued and screwed. New jack studs put in because of rot. New door installed, new casing installed inside of house. Jamb extensions, and Fypon sanded primed and re-caulked.
