SCREENED IN PORCH

On this job the cement patio was extended and raised up to one plane. The brick work framed the new concrete pad and matched existing brick. A new roof was framed and included a large 4' x 4' skylight. Rubber was installed on roof and was tied into shingles. Siding was added to match the house. Electric outlets were installed on inside posts, and recessed lights in ceiling. Beaded soffit was used for finished inside ceiling. All exposed wood was covered with 3/4" solid PVC. A full panel screen system was used for floor to ceiling screens. Inside shelving was fabricated.
